Individual Assistance

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is a federally funded program that establishes the Wisconsin Workforce Development System and provides funding to support training and employment services for adults, dislocated workers and low-income, at-risk youth.

The Wisconsin Workforce Development System is comprised of numerous state and local employment and training organizations that work in partnership to bring services to Wisconsin students, job seekers and business customers. Customers can access the full range of WIOA services through the Wisconsin Job Centers located throughout the state. Find your local Job Center.
